I have successfully kept my mint plant alive for 5 months. This is a big deal.
To celebrate I made a cup of tea with these little green leaves and poured it up into a mug my Momma made. You can check out her ceramic works here.
Fresh Mint Tea
20 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 1/2 C boiling water
Cut out a square of cheese cloth and lay the mint leaves in a stack in the center.
Tie up the bundle with string and place in your mug.
Pour over boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes. And sip sip sip.
